The loosely named midland part of the city is comprised of three islands: Prawn Island (northern-most island), Starfish Island (southern-most island) and Leaf Links, separated by a large body of water.

Prawn Island is a small island in northern Vice City, between Downtown and Vice Point. The island is divided roughly in half, with the office/industrial buildings on the south side and several lavish mansions on the north. Prawn Island consists of 3 mansions. They are north of the main highway that runs horizontally through the island and are connected by a small drive circling a fountain. There are also a few businesses located on the east side of the island and a film studio called Interglobal Studios on the south-west part. The homes appear to have been abandoned.

Starfish Island is a large oval-shaped island at the center of Vice City. Located between southern Vice Beach and Vice City Mainland, Starfish Island is a wealthy district containing lavish mansions and estates with swimming pools, large garages and parked speed boats. There are also two specially shaped swimming pools in the shape of a Rockstar logo and a bikini-clad woman on the island in the yards of two mansions. The area also has its own armed security who patrol the island. There are a total of 11 mansions located on Starfish.
Leaf Links is a collection of three islands located just west of Vice Point, encompassing the Leaf Links country club, which sprawls over many islands and crosses a major road. Located west of Vice Beach, it is surrounded by water and condominiums, and is a major attraction for the wealthy. Golfers are constantly seen in the area. Leaf Links is currently a private part of the city.

LOTR Character
<blockquote>
<p>Faramir's personality is prominently described in the appendices to The Lord of the Rings: “He read the hearts of men as shrewdly as his father, but what he read moved him sooner to pity than to scorn. He was gentle in bearing, and a lover of lore and of music, and therefore by many in those days his courage was judged less than his brother's. But it was not so, except that he did not seek glory in danger without a purpose.”</p>

<p>Tolkien recorded that Faramir greatly resembled Boromir in appearance, who in his turn is described as "a tall man with a fair and noble face, dark-haired and grey-eyed, proud and stern of glance". Members of the line of the Stewards were wont to be of a nobler appearance and bearing than most of the inhabitants of Gondor; in case of Faramir, it is stated that "by some chance the blood of Westernesse [ran] nearly true" in him, which was rare. This trait was elaborated by Tolkien through the speech of Pippin: “Here was one with an air of high nobility such as Aragorn at times revealed, less high perhaps, yet also less incalculable and remote: one of the Kings of Men born into a later time, but touched with the wisdom and sadness of the Elder Race. [...] He was a captain that men would follow, [...] even under the shadow of the black wings.”</p>

<p>Faramir’s leadership, skill-in-arms, and swift but hardy judgement proved valuable in battle, and earned him Gondor's respect during the War of the Ring. He defended Gondor from Sauron on many fronts, but did not enjoy fighting for its own sake. Long after completing The Lord of the Rings, Tolkien would write, "As far as any character is 'like me', it is Faramir". Faramir's relationship to war in Tolkien's story reflected that of the author himself, who was a soldier in World War I and fought in the Battle of the Somme./p>

<p>Tolkien bestowed his dream of "darkness unescapable" upon Faramir's character, who relates it to Éowyn in the fifth chapter of The Return of the King. Of this, Tolkien wrote, "For when Faramir speaks of his private vision of the Great Wave, he speaks for me. That vision and dream has been ever with me — and has been inherited (as I only discovered recently) by one of my children, Michael."</p>
DellStorm 2009 - 2012
On the 6th June 2012 Dellstorm officially announced his 'resignation' from Argonath RPG. This was met with great disappointment by players, admins and his friends. This move came after he was suspended from the administrative team and demoted to a moderator after an incident with Tomer_Kolta.

He started off at SA-MP in the early scripts as a non-regular under the name Blinker. He came back later in the next scripts and became a regular, joined the forums and joined "The Leone Mafia" ran by Sonny Leone aka Jay_Adams. He enjoyed the criminal life style and still does and he wouldn't change his path. His PC broke down and he became inactive for a month and returned to find that Leone had shut down and that Jay had left Argonath on break. He applied for the Izumi Family and met Tai and he reminded Kent of some things about Argonath which he had forgotten. He left Izumi for a Re-Creation of the Mafia Leone ran by Daisy and Ziad Leone, it was named Monelli and sadly died because of inactivity. He joined back in Izumi, and joined the Bloods gang ran by O-Dog aka Eug became good friends with Traser, later left and Created a gang with a iDavid named Barzini, ran for quite a while and had many members sadly came to a end. Joined the Stracci with Ziad and enjoyed his time there later he left. He joined Bellic for a short time but later left, applied for Corleone under the name Rob_Corleone. It was possibly the greatest Mafia he had ever been in. He joined the Montana Cuban Mafia in SA-MP after watching Scarface then decided to visit VC:MP and it was probably the best decision he made as he met a lot of people that he respects a lot and will never forget. He set up the Montana Crime Family there and it was a slow start but built up then there was no stopping it and it soon became the biggest Gang/Mafia in VC:MP. Soon after he became a VC:MP admin along with Fabio and was helped by the Admin Team but most of all Klaus and Dexter.
