What is a cop ban?

A term used on SA-MP, a cop ban is when an admin bans a user from being able to use cop skins. This means that you are not able to go on duty until your punishment is over.

How do you get copbanned?

Usual reasons for being copbanned are:

• Abusing the server rules while on duty.
• Abusing the police commands while on duty.

How do you know who's copbanned?

All cop bans are posted in a secret admin section of the forums.

I got copbanned! What'd I do wrong?! How long's it for?!

When cop banned, the admin will usually tell you why you were copbanned and how long it's for. Once the specified time is up, feel free to ask an admin to uncopban you.

My time is up.

When the time of your punishment is over, request an admin to remove the cop-ban. Upon requesting the cop-ban removal, the admin will check the secret admin section of the forums and remove your cop-ban or not, depending on what they see.
