Houses

These provide a comfortable place to rest, spend time and keep yourself relatively low-profile. As well as being good grounds for roleplaying, houses can be used to stash drugs (weed and LSD) through the /stash command. These properties can be set all over the map, so if you are interested in having a certain place as your house contact any Manager to have it created.

Houses require a passport for ownership as well as a significant amount of money depending on its location, size and interior, so before requesting a house to be set make sure you have a passport and carry plenty of money to afford the possible prices.

Businesses

Businesses are a very profitable source of income, and are of different types. Certain types of businesses have a higher chance of profit, which on the other hand comes with a high property price. Other types have low profitability, hence having lower prices and more easy to be bought. Many products offered in businesses are essential to the server's players, such as food for health, phone and radio for communication, tools for certain activities, etc.

The income of a business' sold products goes to said business' cash register, which can be accessed by the owner through the /prop cash command and have its accumulated cash withdrawn.

Like houses, businesses can be set all over the map and, to have one created, you need a Manager to set it for you ingame. Moreover, businesses are also subject to price variation and require a passport for ownership as well, so make sure you are carrying plenty of money and have a passport before requesting one to be set. Besides, many businesses are pre-set.

Vehicles

Vehicles have the essential role of private transportation to all players, and hence are the most frequent property in the server. They are sold in four different vehicle dealers throughout San Fierro and Bayside, and require a license to be purchased. To purchase a vehicle, go to one of the vehicle dealers (car icon in map) and walk in the blue marker. After that a purchase menu will appear and you can buy your desired vehicle.

Vehicle owners can control the lock and spawn location of their vehicles. Locking/unlocking can be done using the M key, and setting your vehicle to spawn in a custom location can be done positioning the vehicle in said position and doing /carspawn (free of charge). Selling a vehicle back to the dealer will refund the owner only 70% of its selling price.
