State Properties

The State is also owner of certain properties, such as Police Departments and Hospitals. These can not be bought by any player, and every visitor should behave there.

The City Hall is a State property, which means, it can not be bought. The City Hall is the most important government building. The City Hall is located on Starfish Island (the Vercetti Estate).

The Bank is also a State property, where every player can deposit their money. You can keep your money without risk of people stealing it, and you can withdraw the entire or just a part of your current money in the bank account. You can find the bank at Little Havanna (El Banco Corrupto Grande building).

Houses

There are many houses for sale around the town. You find the building in front of you a nice looking place to settle in? You can try to come closer and check for more details (/c place). If you find the house is available, you can buy it right there with the enough amount of money (/c buyplace). Or you can ask an admin to set a house for you if it is not available. Buying a house makes it possible for you to store Clothes. The clothes that you purchase from the clothes shops are automatically delivered to your wardrobe. If you are the leader of a Gang/Crime Faction, you can set your House as the Gang HQ. You will be able to store weapons in the HQ and all Gang members will have free access to the Weapon storage in the HQ.

Businesses

There are also stores, clubs/bars, warehouses around town. In some businesses, customers can buy food or other products, and gives the owner more roleplay opportunities. The business places are bought in the same way as houses (/c buyplace). There are 21 scripted businesses, and it earns the owner decent income. Some are legal, and some are illegal. All the sales from the business would add up in the Business's Income. When the owner steps over the Information Pickup, he will receive the money spent by all customers who bought goods from that business. Examples of Business: Ammu-Nations, Clothes Shops, Drug Warehouses, Food points, Vehicle Dealing Showrooms, 24/7 mart.
