Skins
Skins can be purchased from any Clothes Business, as long as the property in question has enough stock. The shop interface can be accessed either by walking into the spinning information marker or by typing /buy in the property's area.
As stores can only sell a maximum of 5 items, you might have to ask the owner of the property for a specific skin.
