Buying a house or a garage

Passport is required.

• Stand near a property like the one above
  • Once you walk onto the mark the server will display on your screen if the property is for sale or the name of the person who owns it
    
    
• Type /building to get more information about the property
  • 
    
    
• Now type /buyproperty to buy it
• Congratulations for buying your first place

Buying an apartment

Passport is required.

• Stand near a building like the one above
• Type /building
  • 
    
    
• Now type /enter [apartment number]
  • In this example the building only has 2 apartments therefore the apartment number must be 1 or 2
    
    
• Once inside the apartment type /building for more information
  • 
    
    
• You may now type /buyproperty
  • Or type /exit if you don't wanna buy the apartment
• Congratulations for buying your first apartment

Selling the property

• Things to know before selling your property
  • You must remove all stored items and money
  • You can't sell the house while someone is renting it
  • Stored vehicles will be moved to the LCPD Fishmarket South
  • You will receive the propety value back

Instructions:

• Stand near your house
  • Or go inside your apartment
• Type /building to check the property value
• Then type /sellproperty

  • Stored vehicles will be moved to the LCPD Fishmarket South
  • You will not receive the propety value back

• Stand near your house
  • Or go inside your apartment

• Type /invent to see what items you are carrying

    • In this example if I type /storeitem 1, I would store a GPS
• Storing money
  • Type /storeitem [money] [amount]
    • For example: if I type /storeitem money 1000, I would store 1000$

Loading items and money

• Stand near your house
  • Or go inside your apartment

• Type /items to see the property inventory

• Loading an item
  • Type /loaditem [item id]
    • In this example if I type /loaditem 0, I would load a Cellphone
• Loading money
  • Type /loaditem [money] [amount]
    • For example: if I type /loaditem money 500, I would load 500$

Loading and storing clothes

• Stand near your house
  • Or go inside your apartment
    
    
• Storing clothes
  • Type /storeclothes [a nick for the model]
    • For exampe /storeclothes BruceNoShirt
      
      
• Loading clothes
  • Type /loadclothes to check the available models
  • 
    
    
  • Now type /loadclothes [clothes id] to load it
  • For example: /loadclothes 2 would load the "Badman" model
    
    
• Replacing a model
  • Type /storeclothes [model nick] [clothes id] to replace
    • For example /storeclothes NikoBellic 1 would replace the "TuxGuy" model

Renting a property

• Things to know before renting a property
  • The property owner can cancel the rent at any time
  • 
  • You may collect the items you have stored on the property before the eviction process ends
    • Otherwise they will all be deleted

Instructions:

• Stand near a property
  • Or go inside an apartment
    
    
• Type /building to check if the property its for rent
  • 
    
    
• Now type /rent
  • The rent will automatically be paid every week
  • If you don't have enough money on your invent, the rent will be removed
  • Items and clothes will be deleted if you don't pay the rent in time
    • Stored vehicles will be transported to Fishmarket South PD

Stop renting

• Stand near the property you are renting
  • Or go inside it, if its an apartment
    
    
• Type /stoprent
  • You must remove all stored items and money
  • Stored vehicles will be transported to Fishmarket South PD

Renting your own property

• Stand near your property
  • Or go inside your apartment
    
    

• Create a rent contract
  • Type /setrent [price]
    • The rent value will be deposited in your invent every week
      
      
• Cancel the rent contract
  • Type /stoprent
    • If the property has a tenant the server will start an eviction process that takes 5 days

Sharing you house with friends

• Type /invite [player nick] to share your house with your friends.
  • Use the same command again to cancel the invitation
    
    
• Inviting players to your house allows them to Load & Store:
  • Clothes
  • Items
  • Vehicles
    
    
• Use /invite list at any time to see who is invited to your house.

Adding interior to your house/apartment

• Stand near your property
• Use /previewinterior [interior name]
  • Interior names:

johnnyk, alderney_Low, ransom, alderney_niko, apartment_1, apartment_2, louis_safe
playboy, algo_niko, room_1, bohan_niko, room_2, dimayev, house_jamaica, hovebeach_niko,
