Liberty City Customs is made by WheelRider known as Rid. The Mod has became official after the great success and the big number of usage as its goal is extending the customization possibilities in existing vehicles with additional body parts and colors.

As many players are using a very low end graphics, Rid was very careful in making the modifications so it won't effect the performence. The Mod has been stable and no crashes and performance issues related to the mod.

The mod will be automatically set once you download T4 which is available here iv-mp.eu.
